Building A Higher Profile: How to Enhance Academic Impact
For our first webinar of the year, ARC Laureate Fellow Sharon Parker (Curtin University) will lead a discussion on how to grow your research academic impact such as your personal research reputation, citations, high quality research and profile. She will be joined by ARC Laureate Fellows, Professor Tamara Davis (University of Queensland) and Professor Kliti Grice (Curtin University) who will share their experience and strategies.

Speakers
ARC Laureate Fellow Sharon K. Parker is the Director of the Centre for Transformative Work Design within the Future of Work Institute at Curtin University. Sharon’s research focuses on job and work design, employee performance and development, mature workers, mental health and well-being, and related topics. As part of her ARC’s Kathleen Fitzpatrick Award, Sharon created the Women in Research initiative and hosts the Women in Research "Small Wins" webinar series.
ARC Laureate Fellow Tamara Davis is a cosmologist, and spends most of her time trying to figure out why the expansion of the universe is accelerating. In other words, searching for dark energy.
ARC Laureate Fellow Kliti Grice is an internationally renowned organic geochemist. Kliti is a world-leading authority on molecular fossil and stable isotope geochemistry. Deep insight and excellence in applying advanced analytical approaches has enabled Kliti to answer fundamentally important Earth science questions from modern to ancient.
